Tuesday-
Breakfast- Sourdough Pancakes
Lunch- Salad
Supper- Cowboy Sandwiches and fried potatoes
Wednesday-
Breakfast- Sourdough Biscuits
Lunch- Cowboy Sandwich leftovers
Supper- Bar-b-que, potato salad, baked beans
Thursday-
Breakfast- Cinnamon Rolls
Lunch- Tuna Salad
Supper- Valentine Banquet!
Friday-
Breakfast- Smoothies
Lunch- Leftovers
Supper- Chicken Parmesan, Salad, Fresh Bread
Saturday-
Breakfast- Granola and yogurt
Lunch- Ladies Luncheon
Supper- Oatmeal and Biscuits
Snacks for this week- Apples, Tangerines, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Drinks- Water, Milk, Fruit Tea

How in the world do you manage to have leftovers of Cowboy sammies? I have to make them on a night when I don't have to fix Keith a lunch the next day, or hide his lunch portion before we eat supper.
I have to know. What's a cowboy sandwich?
Linz, I used the London Broil and made that meat into the sammies this time, that is why we have so much left over…
