So much has happened over the year since I posted my last blog…. it’s truly mind boggling. Life has this interesting way of continuing to roll along and you either jump in and go and enjoy the ride or you constantly feel like you’re trying to jump aboard a train that’s already left the station. I have felt both ways, but I will say I much prefer being on board for the ride.
We are inching closer to spring and all that comes with it. New life on the homestead hopefully because I do believe all the does are bred. It won’t be long til we have chicks again. I have plans for the garden. So much that we want to accomplish around this piece of land. So much that NEEDS or even HAS to be done as well. We have a roof issue, if you are on instagram with me often, you likely know about this. It’s been plaguing us for a while now and last night I got a call telling me just how big of a fix it was going to be. Oh mercy is the only words I know to say right now.
The mugs my Aunt Tracey and I collaborated on are ready and they are really wonderful. I’m tickled that they are going to be in the hands of so many new friends far and wide. It’s humbling and thrilling at the same time. (They are in the shop section of my new website).
That’s a brand new thing too. Without a doubt in my mind, the Lord led me to a lady to help make this website happen. She was an absolute dream to work with and I can’t say enough about her work. I mean, this would not have happened if she were not a part of it, I am truly grateful!
Learning how to blog here is very different. I don’t even know if I am doing it right. I guess I will learn as time goes on. Oh, by the way!! There is a newsletter that I will be sending out. It’s on the right hand side of this page. Or you possibly were prompted when you opened the page for the first time. If you would like to be a part of that, feel free to sign up. I promise not to bombard you with messages. Right now I am thinking maybe weekly or every other week.
I don’t really know how to add pictures here, so I will leave you with one and hopefully this will get worked out soon.
Thanks for here.
