I’ve been following Trim Healthy Mama for a few months now. I’m always looking for new, yummy ideas.
I needed a light lunch, since I had fried eggs with ham for breakfast. Yum!
So I am going to have a salad with this.
Here’s what I made!
Chocolate Pea-nutty Shake
3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp peanut butter extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
Truvia to taste
6 or so ice cubes
Blend on high
