Our family loves pancakes.
I have shared with you our basic pancake recipe because it makes such a bulk of batter, we have enough and more for a couple more breakfasts throughout the week.
One thing I tried recently is a breakfast sandwich.
Similar to a McGriddle, but you made it yourself. So you KNOW what is in it! J
Decide on what you would like.
My personal favorite is Swiss Cheese and Turkey.
Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Cheese, even some hashbrowns would be good.
Get your pancakes and your cooked fillings and assemble.
One pancake on bottom, your fillings, one pancake on top and add syrup.
It is a delightful breakfast that our family loves.
Enjoy!

I could eat one of those EVERY single morning. The thought of syrup and sausage used to not appeal to me……..but I *love* it now. Yours would be much nicer than where I usually get mine…….

I have thought about freezing drops of syrup on a cookie sheet and then putting them into the pancake batter as soon as you put it on the griddle, like chocolate chips or blueberries. Then you'd have the syrup cooked right into the "bun" like a "real" McGriddle. Keith doesn't like McGriddles though and I don't eat pancakes any more so I have never bothered 😛
I love your new font- and you!!
