I wish I could tell you that the above picture is one from my kitchen.
Nope… it isn’t.
The family and I are having a CELEBRATE life party on Saturday.
We haven’t had birthday parties for the children like we usually do. Now, don’t get me wrong, we have a special time with each child on their day with our little family… but nothing big like we have done in the past.
So my dear husband suggested a ‘family party’ earlier this summer. A party where we invite ALL our friends and family and just enjoy being together. We all LOVED the idea and soon began discussing when we would have the party.
Our initial plan was to have the party at the end of September, but honey was out of town with his brother, so that was out. We started tossing around days and finally said…
How about Saturday? 🙂
And that is how it is…. this Saturday we will have our party. Welcoming our friends, family and neighbors into our home and just having a joyous time celebrating another year that the Lord has blessed us with.
I hope to have lots of pictures and plenty of stories once the weekend is over.
