A little while back, I began a Sourdough Starter. I am determined to learn how to make my own Sourdough bread… a feat that I have yet to tackle. But some new friends of ours posted on their blog about some Sourdough Pancakes! Divine intervention! 🙂

We tried out the recipe and it was absolutely the BEST pancakes we have ever tried!
