Christmas, the long awaited day has now come and gone. We actually have two more celebrations to attend which makes it nice that we celebrate for many days rather than just one.
Yesterday was especially wonderful with our family.
We stayed home all day. The children were so precious as we gathered and opened presents, just ever so grateful for every.single.thing! So sweet.
I did receive the gifts I was hoping for! WOOT!
We received a new game from my best pal Lindsey and family.
Blokus
Ok, this game is RIGHT up my alley! She knows me so well! ๐
We played this SEVERAL times yesterday. I plan on taking it to my Mom’s later, yeah… it’s that fun! ๐
When Eli got up this morning, that was the first thing he asked for…
Mom, can we play Blokus?
He is such a kid after my own heart! Haha
I don’t know if it is just me or not, but once Christmas is over I feel an urgency to get everything back to normalcy, because I know that it will soon be time to return to our homeschool schedule and every day life.
I have Managers of Their Home and I am trying my best to nail down a schedule that actually works for our family.
That is a daunting task for me. Thankfully I have some friends that have posted some samples on a message board that I belong to so that is helpful.
Well, I have a house to clean, a cheese ball to make and children to bathe so I must finish up here… Saturday posting, WOW… now that is a change! ๐
I hope you have an excellent day.
My Cup Runneth Over…
