THM- Crabby Cakes

Crabby Cakes (THM S)
(It's really Salmon not crab, but we are silly like that)

2 cans salmon (work through removing bones, skin)
1 egg per can of salmon, so 2 eggs for this batch
Season Salt
1/4 cup onion
1/3 cup oat flour
1/4 cup canned jalepenos 
(Everyone ate these just fine, I prefer spice the rest of the family doesn't, but I may separate batches next time)

I doubled this recipe to make enough for our crew +1 and some for leftovers today.

Fry them up in a pan with coconut oil til crispy on each side. Once cooked you can place on a plate with a dishtowel or paper towel to absorb any excess oils. 

Great, yummy, S meal with green beans and a vegetable medley of onion, zucchini, and mushrooms.
